The Pembroke Regional Hospital requires three (3) Patient Services Attendants in the Emergency Department. These positions are offered on a Temporary Part-Time basis with a .4 FTE commitment.
Reporting to the Clinical Manager Emergency and Intensive Care Unit Department, the Patient Services Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients visiting the Emergency Department. The patient services attendant is seen as a resource to all patients and visitors during their visit in the department. They anticipate the needs to patients and visitors, and follow departmental and hospital policies to provide information to visitors.
Other responsibilities will include:
Applicants must be available to work all shifts including weekends. Hours: Variety of shifts including days, afternoons, weekends and holidays (Subject to change based on operational needs)
