The Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation is grateful to receive a $500 donation from Meridian Credit Union through its Good Neighbour Day initiative in support of the Heroes Run for Healthcare.

 

Presented by Shawn Gillies, Branch Manager of Meridian Credit Union's Pembroke branch, and Erin Rafuse, Financial Services Associate, the donation will help advance the Foundation's Together, We Care Campaign, a community-wide effort to raise $10 million for priority equipment needs at Pembroke Regional Hospital.

 

The Heroes Run for Healthcare is one of many community initiatives helping drive the campaign forward. Funds raised through this year’s event are supporting the purchase of a new CT Scanner which is slated for installation this September, ensuring exceptional care remains available close to home for patients and families across the Upper Ottawa Valley.
