Adult Mental Health Counselling
Who We Help
The Adult Mental Health Counselling program provides short-term counselling and psychotherapy for clients seeking support related to their experience of intimate-partner or family violence, or sexual abuse or assault.
How We Can Help
- One-on-one counselling with a social worker
- Victim advocacy
- Liaison with other local and regional programs and social services
- Access to other supportive resources and wellness information
Individuals with access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and extended health benefits must exhaust these resources first before being eligible for our services.
